Viewing susbcription statuses

You will usually want to keep an eye on the status of you group members' subscription payments. You can easily do this by going to the left-navigation > Subscribers.

This will show you a list of your group members, and the status of their subscriptions, including:

• If a member has been emailed, but not signed up, They show up as 'email sent'.
• If a member has signed up and their subscription is still in date, they show up as 'active'.
• If a member's payment was not collected, they show up as 'expired'.
• If a member has not yet been invited to subscribe, you can select the subscription level from the dropdown on their table row, and press the 'Invite' button at the right end of the row. This sends them an email with a secure link for them to sign up to your group, where they will be redirected to Stripe to complete the signup process.

You can also edit their subscription with these options:

• Pause payments: this will stop collecting payments for this person until you come back here to resume payments
• Cancel payments: you may want to waive membership fees for a member - edit their subscription and press cancel. This will cancel their subscription with Stripe and no more payments will be collected. If required, you can re-invite them to subscribe in the future.

The bottom rows of the table show your monthly income for the group.
